What this module does:
This module allows you to present your standardized internal forms ( i.e. sample request, customer complaint, R&D request, price quote, call report, weekly sales call log or other form of your choosing ) on the internet for submittal by your sales representatives or inside personnel. Your forms are converted to web format ( typically html ) and the generated responses are emailed to the appropriate personnel in your organization. Copies of the submitted form are also sent to the sales rep for their records. There are many options available for this module.

Security:
You will be supplied with a URL page ( http:// ) which requires a user name and password to access the database. Notifications can be sent to the email address you specify each time the module is activated for additional security and notification.
Customization:
The module can be customized with many features including A) A file of the submitted data can be generated for easy import into the software program of your choosing (ACT!, Goldmine or other program ). B) The data gathered on the web can be re-compiled into a PDF file literally ‘filling in’ your paper form. This PDF file is sent as an attachment to an email message which can be printed out in 8 ½” x 11” format. C) An Online Database can be maintained for each sales rep thereby allowing for follow up by the sales rep and/or internal personnel of the various forms that are submitted for action. D) Periodic automated reminders can be sent to the internal personnel ( or sales reps ) for follow-up or informational purposes. E) Data Entries can be made mandatory to make sure the needed information is gather for the submitted forms. F) The forms can be routed to the appropriate personnel automatically, or manually, by letting the sales rep select the forwarding choices. G) Blind copies can be sent H) Customers can be notified via email that a form has been submitted to the manufacturer for further action. I) A tracking number can be generated for each submittal. J) Besides being sent via email, the submitted information could also be sent via FAX. K) Submittal of one type of form can generate another online form that would be filled out by internal personnel for response. Other options are available.
