What this module does:

This module will allow you to distribute your MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheets ) to your customers over the internet. The MSDS are typically supplied in Adobe PDF format. Users will be presented with an MSDS search page. By typing in their product request, a search will be made of the online database. Results of the search will be the matching MSDS. The user will then select MSDS needed, and fill out a request form. This form is forwarded to your designated personnel for review. If approved, your employee logs into the MSDS system and clicks a button to automatically send the requested MSDS sheets to the customer.

Customization:

The module can be customized with any features you require including a) notification of access to the program b) the ability to send a individual, partial or complete list of your MSDS. For instance, if a customer requests a complete listing of your MSDS forms, you can easily generate a listing report and send this information immediately via email. c) User name, password protected access to the MSDS information for the customers you select. d) Immediate processing of MSDS requests to the client email. The MSDS will be sent as an attachment. e) Require customer address, phone, email, purchase order number or other information, before processing MSDS request. f) MSDS forms can be maintained in html format and easily edited and maintained, online, by your personnel. g) Download verification of the MSDS by your customer can be logged.
