What this module does:
Does your ISO Registered firm require you to obtain feedback from your customers? If so, Deltronix Enterprises can offer you an online solution that saves money, keeps detailed activity log files and precise tracking of client responses. This application module can be easily modified to meet the requirements of your firm.
How does it work? Through secure user name, password access your designated employees access the online application to generate an email message to your customers asking them to fill in an online survey. When a response to the survey is received from the client, the application automatically emails a copy to your designated personnel, acknowledges the receipt to the client, logs and indexes the information for future recall. Statistics are generated of the survey results for management review.

The module can be customized with any features you require including a) notification of access to the program b) Survey Response Reports c) Specific survey forms with different formats or questions can be sent to customers based on your needs. c) Employees can be assigned 'action items' based on the survey responses.
